H&A Mechanical Service operates this website to give Atlanta homeowners flat-rate pricing and an easy way to request a quote. This page explains exactly what we collect when you use it, and what we do with it.

What we collect

The only information we collect is what you type into the quote form and send to us. That is:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• Your email address
• Your ZIP code
• The system size or service you selected
• Anything you write in the optional notes field

When you submit the form, we also record a few technical details alongside it: a reference number for your request, the price code shown on the page, the web address you arrived from, and any campaign tags in the link you clicked. We use these to know which advertisement or link brought you to us, and to match a specific job back to a specific request.

What we do with it

We use your information to respond to your quote request, to price and schedule the work you asked about, and to contact you about that job. That is the whole purpose.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers, data brokers or lead-resale networks.

Who can see it

Form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored by Netlify, the service that hosts this website, which processes them on our behalf. A copy is emailed to H&A Mechanical Service and to the contractor who maintains this website. Nobody else receives it.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no session tracking of any kind. We do not know who is browsing the site, and we do not build profiles of visitors.

Two third parties do receive a request from your browser when a page loads, simply because the page uses their files: Google Fonts serves the typefaces, and Amazon CloudFront serves the photographs. Like any web request, these can include your IP address and are governed by those companies' own privacy practices. Neither is used by us to identify or track you.

Phone calls and messages

When you give us your phone number on the quote form, you are asking us to contact you about that request, and we will call or text you about it. We will not add you to a marketing list or send you promotional messages you did not ask for. You can tell us to stop contacting you at any time and we will.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests for three years, then delete them. Where a request became an actual job, we keep the records of that work longer, because tax rules and equipment warranties require it.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call (678) 760-0616 or email us and we will take care of it. There is no charge and you do not need to give a reason.

Children

This site is meant for homeowners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
