These terms cover the information published on this website and what our online pricing does and does not commit us to. They are not the agreement for your installation — that is a separate document you sign before work begins.

About our pricing

The flat-rate prices shown here are real prices for a standard replacement of the system size listed, and they include installation, a digital thermostat and haul-away of the old unit. We publish them because we would rather you know the number before you call.

A price becomes final once a technician has seen the property. Some homes need work that sits outside a straight swap — ductwork in poor condition, an electrical panel that will not carry the load, refrigerant line replacement, difficult access, permits. Where that applies, we tell you the additional cost before the work is scheduled, and you decide.

Nothing is ordered or installed until you approve the final price.

Sizing tools and estimates

The sizing guidance on this site is based on square footage and is a starting point, not a load calculation. Correct sizing depends on insulation, windows, ceiling height, ductwork and orientation. A technician confirms the right size for your home before anything is ordered.

Quote requests

Submitting the quote form is a request for a quote. It is not a booking, and it does not create a contract or reserve equipment or a service date. We will contact you to confirm details before anything is scheduled.

The price code

The code shown on this site is how we recognise that you came from the website and match you to the price you saw here. A price code is honoured for 30 days from the day it was issued. After that, ask us for a current one — equipment costs move with the season, and we would rather requote you than argue about an old number.

Diagnostic fee

The $150 diagnostic covers travel in a fully equipped service vehicle, a hands-on evaluation by a certified technician to find the root cause, and a fixed-price quote you approve before any repair begins.

Financing

Financing and lease-purchase options are provided by an independent third-party finance partner, not by H&A Mechanical Service. Approval, rates, payment terms and all obligations under that agreement are between you and that provider, under their terms. We do not make credit decisions and cannot guarantee approval.

Warranties

Equipment carries the manufacturer's warranty for that unit, registered in your name at installation. Our own labour and workmanship are covered separately, and the exact term and what it covers are stated in the written estimate and installation agreement you sign before work begins. If you want that in writing before you commit, ask and we will send it.

Service area

We serve Atlanta and the surrounding metro, including East Point, College Park, Decatur, Union City, Douglasville, Marietta, Smyrna, Austell and Fairburn. If you are just outside it, call and ask.

Accuracy of this site

We work to keep prices, availability and details current, and we may update them at any time. If a price is listed in obvious error, we will tell you before proceeding rather than hold you to it. Nothing on this site is professional advice about your specific system; only an on-site evaluation is.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
